What to Expect

The Day of the Event

All sponsors should arrive between 7:30 am and 8:00 am and check in at the main registration tables by the carts. On-Course Sponsors must be fully set up and ready no later than 9:00 am.

Each On-Course Sponsor will receive:

  • One (1) 6 ft. table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) box lunches
  • One (1) 10×10 tent
  • One (1) garbage bag

Yes. If you would like a branded tablecloth, promotional items, or collateral, you’ll need to provide those yourself. Please bring or ship them ahead of the tournament.

Yes. Tournament Volunteers will be available to help as needed. You will receive a volunteer’s phone number to call for assistance. Please remember to always respect pace of play—while engaging golfers is encouraged, conversations should not delay the flow of the game. For extended discussions, exchange business cards and arrange a follow-up.

Once the last team of golfers has played through your hole, you may break down your setup and return to the clubhouse. Please allow golfers the right of way as you head back.

Business Casual is required. Appropriate attire includes golf shirts, polos, khaki or chino shorts/pants. Jeans are not permitted per course rules. Company logo attire is welcome!

Yes! Be prepared to spend the entire day outdoors. Check the weather forecast and bring items such as a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, umbrellas, jackets, sweatshirts, or gloves depending on conditions.
