SPONSOR FAQ
Everything you need to know before tournament day.
All sponsors should arrive between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and check in at the main registration tables by the carts.
On-Course Sponsors must be fully set up and ready no later than 9:00 AM.
Each On-Course Sponsor will receive:
- One (1) 6 ft. table
- Two (2) chairs
- Two (2) box lunches
- One (1) 10' x 10' tent
- One (1) garbage bag
Yes. Sponsors are encouraged to use branded tablecloths, promotional items, and collateral.
Sponsors will need to provide these materials themselves and should bring them to the tournament or ship them in advance.
Yes. Tournament Volunteers will be available to assist as needed.
Sponsors will receive a volunteer's phone number to call for assistance.
Absolutely, but please remember to respect PACE OF PLAY at all times.
While engaging with golfers is encouraged, conversations should not delay the flow of the game.
For extended discussions, please exchange business cards or contact information and arrange a follow-up.
Once the final team of golfers has played through your hole, you may break down your setup and return to the clubhouse.
Please give golfers the right of way as you make your way back.
Business Casual is required.
Appropriate attire includes golf shirts, polos, khaki shorts/pants, and chino shorts/pants.
Jeans are not permitted per course rules.
Company-branded attire is welcome.
Please be prepared to spend the entire day outdoors.
Check the weather forecast before the tournament and bring appropriate items such as a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, umbrella, jacket, sweatshirt, or gloves depending on the conditions.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please use the information below when shipping items to and from the tournament.
If you need to ship items for the tournament, please create a shipping label using the information below. All shipments should arrive no later than October 28, 2026.
To ship items back after the tournament, please pack your items, attach a return shipping label, and schedule a pickup no later than November 5, 2026 from:
